AT HOME WITH REGINA · OCTOBER 2026

My reading room,
my retreat.

A space to rest, reflect, read, listen to music, and simply enjoy the home I’ve created.

TAKE A LOOK INSIDE

Come into my favorite quiet corner.

Photos capture the details, but a little tour lets you feel the room. Press play for a closer look at the music, memories, books, and comfortable touches that make this space feel like me.

A SPACE THAT FEELS LIKE ME

Home should hold a little peace.

Home should include at least one space that feels like an escape from everything happening outside its walls. For me, that space is my reading room.

It’s warm, comfortable, and filled with pieces that reflect who I am. The black-and-white gallery wall celebrates music, culture, inspiration, and personal memories. The soft neutral furniture, books, dark wood, and cozy fireplace create the perfect atmosphere for slowing down.

This is where I can sit quietly, read, listen to music, enjoy a cup of coffee, or simply take a moment for myself. Life can become busy with work, family, business, travel, and all the responsibilities that come with being a grown woman. My reading room reminds me that rest is also productive—and that I deserve a peaceful place inside my own home.

It doesn’t have to be a perfectly decorated room. It simply needs to feel like you. Mine tells a story—one filled with music, memories, books, ambition, and a woman who is learning to enjoy the life and home she has created.

REGINA’S READ OF THE MONTH

The Risk Worth Taking

This month, I’m reading The Risk Worth Taking by Teri Ijeoma. I’m excited to learn more about her journey of leaving corporate America and creating a new life through stock trading and travel.

As an accountant, entrepreneur, and woman who loves to travel, her story already feels personal to me. I understand what it means to balance a career, business ownership, family, and the desire to build a life that gives you more freedom and joy.

“Sometimes the biggest risk is choosing yourself, trusting your abilities, and being willing to create a new path.”

I’m looking forward to discovering what inspired Teri to make that leap, the lessons she learned, and how taking a chance changed her life.

A cozy room, a good book, and a little coffee? That sounds like the perfect way to spend some time at home. I’ll share my thoughts once I finish reading.
